If you have a question that is not
answered here, please feel free to call the author directly at 310-619-3055
Where can
I purchase Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide? Simply click on the link below
to find a listing of all the sources that we have been able to find. If you know of any other source, please contact
us and we will gladly add them to the list.
Which percentage should I buy
(7%, 8%, 12%, 29%, 35%)? It really doesn't matter. What
matters is that you know how to do the math to convert it to the concentration that you would like to use, for whatever purpose.
However, I (James Roguski), NEVER keep anything stronger than 8% in my house. If I purchase a more concentrated product,
I IMMEDIATELY dilute it to 8%. The reason is this: you never know when a child, pet or unsuspecting adult is going to
mistake hydrogen peroxide for regular water, and take a big gulp. The United States federal government regulates anything
above 8% as a hazardous material. Less than 8% is considered an irritant, but not a hazard. You may choose to
dilute it even further, if you wish. The concentration at which it is consumed
is approximately .01% - .05%, so please realize that 35% is 700-3,500 times stronger than you can safely consume. That
is surprisingly concentrated. If you had a bottle of aspirin, Lipitor, or even sugar that was 3,500 times as powerful
as you wanted, would you leave it lying around on your kitchen counter, or would you have it under lock and key?
How do I use it?
There are thousands of ways to
use hydrogen peroxide. Please explore this site for further details. However, when most people ask this question, they
mean "How do I drink Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide?" There are as many ways to do this as there are people. Everyone must make their own decision
as to how much is right for them. The easiest way for me to answer this may not seem like an answer, but it is the only
answer that can be given: Listen to your body. Start
with a very small amount. The results, at first, should be boring. Remember the story of the tortoise and the hare -
slow and steady wins the race (Please re-read the first page of "The Truth About Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide".
If you feel comfortable (or bored) with the results, add a little more. Pay attention. If you notice any negative
results, than maybe that was too much for you. If you don't notice anything negative, use your judgement. Add
a little more. Listen to your body and do what it tells you. You know you better than any doctor ever will.
Trust your inner guidance.
Can I take too much? Yes. Don't do that.
